I had planned to make the restaurant 80 million sq. feet and able to accommodated (sic) 30 million eaters at once, plus it was gonna be totally underwater so people could look at sharks while they ate.

Also, for reference, one of the 110-floor, 1360-foot tall World Trade Center towers had 5 million square feet of space. His 80 million square foot restaurant would be the equivalent of a WTC tower that was 1760 floors and 4.1 miles high.
